Re-starting In-Person Worship

at Wesley United Methodist Church

New Ways to Come Together

June 2020

Dear Wesley Family,

We are excited to announce that we will begin in-person worship on Sunday, June 14, 2020. Initially and for the time being, we will have only one service at 9:00AM. This will allow us to make adjustments and keep the rest of our current online schedule. We will continue to offer both of our online services for those who are not ready to join us in-person.

Due to the recommendations of both the State of Texas and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), we made some changes to how we will conduct in-person worship and other in-person settings during our reopening process. As a church we want to put the health and safety of you at the forefront of all we do. To this end, we have developed a set of protocols for in-person worship that will allow us to come back together safely. Please read and follow these guidelines.

We recognize that many of these may feel like "overkill," but please understand we are working out of an overabundance of caution because we love you, we care about you, and we care about each other. We also understand that many may not feel safe in attending service. We want to encourage you to stay home and continue to watch via our website.

Thank you in advance for your understanding, and we look forward to seeing you soon.
